Telkom Klerksdorp Poor Service !!!

We recently ordered a Wifi rooter at Telkom Klerksdorp. We signed all the paperwork and they advised that it takes up to 4 working days to receive the order. A week later and we still have no rooter.

We have been without internet since we opened and I have been working on my phone's hotspot which I have to load 10GB of data every day and then saving the work that has been done on a USB stick and then printing it by an internet cafe which they are charging me R12.00 per paper printed.

We are currently standing on over R1000.00 worth of data and R600.00 paperwork printed not even in a full week.

This is really disappointing !!!
