Telkom K#K Service

OK where to start ,past 2 months i having problems where my dsl disconnect like 6 times a day sometimes even more than 6 times . I have a 10mb line where my sync rate was always for the past 1 years at 12mb without any problems . Now it sync to whatever speed it wants to 4mb ,5mb, 7mb and 8mb . Technicians was here and they did some stuff and was working fine for 2 days and then it went back to same problem . I phoned telkom customer service and most of them are so *********** and does not know what the hell in gods name they are doing the one guy just hang up on me . NOW TELKOM get your lazy ass technicians to come and fix my dam line for what i am paying for or give me my money back for ripping me off , Service number ********** 9391 . This South Africa will never come right again
