Telkom Kills my Bussiness in Peak season
We notified Telkom on the 12th of November that we needed our lines to be moved by the end of November.
They were not able to get to it in time so we asked them on the 27th of November to please divert the line to my cell phone. By the 3rd of December this still hasn't been done. Telkom Jointing technicians came from Oudtshoorn & George on Tuesday to work on our lines as there are no technicians in our area. although we keep seeing Telkom workers working on their boxes next to the primary school with their gazebo and several new 4x4's. They left the lines bare in our premises after removing the wall socket. I have been back to our Telkom office and spoken to Penny who was as helpful as she could be. She sent through an escalation again. 3rd time this week. but still no idea when we will have our lines up and running. She cannot help with the phone divert request as this a separate department and she has no means to communicate with that department.

If we don't get this sorted by the end of this week the damage will be irreparable to our business affecting orders for 2016 and will inevitably result in job cuts to at least 2 of our technicians.
