<p>Most pathetic service ever . Consultants is rude , interrupting you while you are talking.</p> <p>Waiting in line for about an hour . 3 Consultants is on the floor taking their time to assist you . No personal contact with the client , fast to say shop is to small for more consultants to work but there is 6 work stations and only 3 is working. Needles to say this is NOT the first time we have been waiting for over a hour in the que. </p> <p>Please get a bigger shop so that technical issues could be solved by tecnicians , sales consultants do sales and then get casuals in to help with sim swops and people buying data or airtime NOT that difficult. Thanks</p>
