Telkom Keywest is a **** and they have no way of customer service

I have a contract at Telkom on my mobile phone now for a while, day before yesterday my phone gets ****** and I go to the store at Keywest mall where the contract was taken out and they cant help me. they tell me the phone had a MTN sim card in and I have to go to MTN where as I told them the phone never had a MTN sim in it had the contract card in that I took by them. I had to go to MTN so MTN could check and the manager there confirmed that they don't pic up that there was ever a MTN sim in that Phone so no it cant be, Telkom claim this but cant give me a number and now they are saying they don't know what's going on. I have been a faithful customer to Telkom paying the contract and the insurance and now something like this happens and they cant help me so where does my insurance money that I pay go to and how come they only pic up this problem now that they cant find the phone on their system where they now have to help me. Telkom at Keywest mall is a bad one I kept even asking for the manager but she would not come out and talk to me at all. how do I deal with this pls help me
