Telkom kept deducting!!!

Hello I have take out an Telkom sim through Mondo in July 2019 with the salesperson asure me that where i stay there are coverage,when i got the sim it was not the case.I phone Telkom they inform me to phone Mondo...till now telkom take my money.Help me!!!
