Telkom Keeps Trying withdraw funds from my account!

Telkom keeps trying to withdraw funds from my account!

They say I have an outstanding balance, but I have now emailed 3 consultants and every time send them proof of payment. Every case I open, they just close it after 5 days with no feedback and no changes to the account.

Absolutely useless service by a useless company!!! Make sure you never use debit orders with Telkom!
