Telkom keeps suspending my Ricad number

Telkom doesn't know what a service is or meaning to it, they have suspended my number for the 2nd time after I have sent my copy of ID and Proof of residence to their ***** department. I have emailed them again and still I'm not getting assistance , I'm using this number to job hunt for God sake
