TELKOM KEEPS ROBBING US I HATE TELKOM

Everyday I have to call the Telkom call center to find out if my contract has been cancelled and still today my contract with them has not been cancelled. I submitted my contract conciliation form to Telkom on the 30th of October and my contract with Telkom has ended on the 30th of November yet trhey still have not cancelled my contract. This means then come month end they will debit money for a cellphone that is paid up of which this is day light *******.

I do not want services from Telkom anymore as they are pathetic hence my reasons of not wanting to upgrade my contract with them. Please cancel my contract immediately!!!!!!
