Telkom Keeps Renewing a Contract against my advise - Account ***

Telkom still sends me bills every month for a "Smart Broadband" service which there suspended a long time ago, for which the contract also expired last year but they refuse to terminate and keep renewing every month! I do NOT want their service, it's non-existant!
