Telkom keeps on failing

I logged a call with Telkom Service centre on 25 November regarding my phone line and adsl not working i recieved a call from Leonard from Openserve on Monday 26 November early morning about 9:16am asking about my problem and if i was at home i then told him i was at work and i would be available Tuesday , i called telkom early morning just to speed things up that i was home and if anyone could check out my problem about passed 9:00 Leonard called to ask if i wad home he then came to my house not to long checked out my line inside my house then checked on the telephone line leading to my house and then followed to Aloe court and told me the cable was cut and that he would have to inform Telkom . The 27 November i then called to Telkom Service centre again and was told that Leonard didnt inform telkom about anything but that i wasnt home until 10am to my dismay ..the consultant just logged another call and said that he would give it over to another technician ref: ********** 1 on friday 29 November ********** 2 was closed with no feedback and without anything resolved on myside ...Telkom has failed alot of people sometimes i wonder if i had of lived in a up market area things would of resolved immediately but cause I'm from a poor area i have to be happy with the bad services
