Telkom keeps marking my faults as resolved!!

On 22 February 2016 I reported that my internet line was very slow (***). A few weeks later I had a series of faults on my line for over a week (no internet and crossed lines). When those faults were finally resolved, I noticed that the previous, slow line fault had also been marked as resolved. I used to get speed of around 4MB/sec, but am now experiencing a PING of 423ms and a speed of 175kB/s. This is unusable. The speed test website takes 10 minutes to load! I have tried testing at different times of the day, but nothing helps. I reported another fault (448CRK210316) yesterday. This morning I received an SMS to say the fault has been resolved. It has not! I will keep reporting this until something is done about my line! (today's fault ***) It makes me so angry when my fault is marked as resolved when the problem still exists. Last year I was getting speeds of over 4MB!! Not sure what to do.
