Telkom keeps dropping calls, and they never call me back

Clapping slowly as I am busy canceling my newly installed line. Your online chat leaves a lot to be desired and trying to get a callback is a complete waste of time. As they actually do call you back and fast... so ****ing fast that with sitting with my phone in hand timing the call I still after 13 attempts could not touch the answer button fast enough.. that's how fast Telkom hangs up. I at first called over and over via cell phone and on my own cost, after an hour of calls being dropped after 10 to 15 min of waiting time. That was when I tried to get Telkom to Call me BACK. I gave up. The useless "chat support" is exactly that useless.. AS they seem to also not give you a fair chance in actually typing anything before also disconnecting the chat. AND I TYPE ****ING FAST. Telkom is a waste of money!!
