Telkom keeps deducting money yet the insurance was canceled on march the 15/03/2025

Well i have a problems with telkom insurance ever since i cancelled the insurance on march yet every month they deduct money from my account and when ever i call them they would tell me to send statements and prove of account but still they keep on deducting money every month and they would tell me my insurance is canceled.im very angry as this money they are taking i could be adding to my rental.please help
