Telkom keeps debiting 6monhts after contract closure

I cancelled my contract in July last year and i have been debited since then. I have tried every avenue to fix this but every time i call in to escalate nothing happens. I have dozens of reference numbers with no proper closure!!!!! Why are you failing to close a contract!!!!
