Telkom keep taking our money22

Hi. I have been having the worst service ever with telkom. Firstly they gave me 2 products that I ordered for just one and the. Started billing me for both. The billing was even incorrect. After taking back 1 item they only refunded me back what I paid for the device. The balance of the premiums that was paid for 3 months they did not refund. Now it's gone almost a month without any coverage and network with different case numbers and being told to wait till my case number is attemted to then only can they do anything. It's really frustrating and nerve wrecking as to they just pull out money from your account don't give a damn about the service they provide and if you put a stop order on the debit from going of then you are reported immediately. Pathetic customer service and coverage. Most disgusting and dissatisfied.
