Telkom keep taking money from my account

<p>Wrote a review a few weeks ago about Telkom taking their sweet time to cancel my line in order to siphon more cash from me. After posting a complaint they sent me confirmation that my service would be cancelled at the end of March. I was charged for April, and even though I have made like 6 calls and reassured I will be credited and that no money can be taken because the account is closed, i have been charged for May as well. What are they charging me for when i dont even get any service?</p>
