Telkom keep on over promise and under deliver

<p>I have a Telkom home line with Wi FI uncapped. The line is more off then on. I’ve been reporting the fault for the past two months now but without any improvement.</p> <p>I like the product when its working but my problem is its more out of order then anything ells. Every time I report the error, I get a promise that my fault has been lock with a technician and will be fixing soon. Soon never comes</p> <p> </p>
