Telkom keep on deducting money from my account

Telkom is really ****ming other people off. The last payment of R202 that I've made Telkom consultants don't even know where it's coming from so I must just keep paying and now they've just deducted R404 from my account this morning. For what... I don't know.

I've asked for a letter of cancellation after paying the R202 fron you guys and till today I haven't received it of which I've asked for that letter last week. The contract has ended in Feb. I'm not receiving anything from TELKOM but I'm being billed for some money I don't even know what to do and they ate too quick to run to the lawyers to recover the money and blacklist you for an amount that is not even traceable. I'm so mad. Every month I'm dealing with the same thing. It's tiring
