Telkom keep on charging after contract ended

<p>My children had each a phone on the Telkom contract. We went into the store when it was time to either renew or cancel the contract and we filled in forms for both contracts to be cancelled. The one contract was cancelled, the other one renewed. We then went back two or three times after that, filling in forms again that we want the contact to be cancelled, but still they just keep on charging us for this contract. We don't even have a sim card for this contract anymore as my son lost his phone just before it was cancelled the first time. I don't understand how they can cancel the one and continue the other one as it was filled in on form. Somebody need to go find the original form and correct this. I will not pay for this contract. You are useless.</p>
