Telkom keep debit orders running after cancellation

Tried for two months to cancel my data contract with Telkom, was told that my cancellation letter was received and cancellation confirmed. Still being billed two months on! Sent numerous e-mails to the e-mail provided and the e-mails are returned saying they are unattended.
