Telkom ke Masepa

I have bought laptop, WIFI and Tablet from Telkom online and my order was delivered on 4th of January, however; Tablet was not delivered. since then i have been sent to pillar to post by Telkom and its been close to 4 months. I have a confirmation letter from the delivery company which indicate that only two items were delivered, worse part, every month, Telkom deduct my full payment.
