Telkom KC staff has no Customer ethic

I went to purchase a Router over the weekend at Telkom at Kc i was assisted by an Indian gentleman from Durban he was not so pleasant i am the customer but i felt as he was doing me favour by serving me no smile not even willing to assist me with the connection which i had to go get help from at the other branch in Kc as well where i did not even purchase it from i was welcomed By a tall Capetonian Gentleman by the name of Qassim why could the other consultant not have the same Courtesy?
