Telkom Kathu- Manager treats staff horribly

Went into Telkom to purchase a new device, the service was good but tne manger made the experience very uncomfortable. He was speaking so rudely to staff, also making us wait because he would go into the room at the back and say "I'm busy".

It was also strange that the whole shop wore a tag that reads "Trainee". The staff was really helpful but his attitude towards them was awful!
