Telkom just wants to get rid of you

Telkom's service on the chat is absolutely pathetic. While I was trying to sort out a cancellation that Telkom unsurprisingly messed up, the agent keeps asking "Is there anything else you require assistance with" or "Are you still there" after +-20 seconds of typing. It does in fact take a couple of seconds to ask a question or type a response. Telkom keeps rushing to get rid of you in the chat.

It is truly an unpleasant experience doing business with Telkom. Well worth exploring any other option than them.
