Telkom, just, the worst!

More than 3 weeks ago I posted on hello peter about the horrors of trying to cancel your line. Eventually Telkom commented (17 days ago) with reference number AI ********** . Big surprise, still nothing has happened. Telkom, you're just the worst!

Don't just give me another reply telling me you've escalated my issue, get someone to call me and resolve my cancellation AND backdate my account. I've cancelled the damn line in APRIL 2018!

P.s. Going into the telkom shop, WOW, same useless excuse. "Sorry, the system gives me an error, can't do anything". I am now actively going to send an email to telkom every day single day, until they've done something!
