TELKOM just taking my money

I am so upset with telkom. I literally have no money left for the rest of this month because Telkom has deducted money from my account three times this mont. I am supposed to pay R474 a month for my 2 contracts at telkom. apparently my account was in arrears, because on the 29th May, R1017 was deducted from my bank account. i contacted telkom and they told me this was collections.. I never recieved any contract and gave no permission for this amount to be deducted.. I cannot afford it. then the guy from telkom said i need to pay the R474 to catch up my account, so on the 29th I paid R474 and I asked him if that means my account is now paid for the month of June and it shoudln't go off again., he said no it wont go off again. my debit orders are scheduled for the 5th of every month and this morning i saw another R474 was debited from my account, and it says i still owe R183 on my account.. i am so upset because i am just paying and paying without consent, money is just being deducted when they feel like it and half the time i don't even know why and it is putting me in debt.. i have paid a total of R1965 to telkom this month but my contract is only for R474. this is ridiculous and I feel it is ******* because i gave no permission for this to be deducted twice. please help me. i have no idea what to do and i don't even know i am going to get through the rest of this month
