Telkom just sucks

<p>I posted a problem a week ago that my business landline is down for over a month, Telkom responded and wanted to know the affected number which I privately emailed and now they request the same info again.</p> <p>what the Helkom is going on with Telkom, my business is suffering in the meantime whilst the clowns at Telkom don't know how to resolve the issue</p>
