TELKOM JUST SIMPLY THE BEST

David Tshabalala really gave me excellent service and he is also very helpful and kind and patient which are all qualities which are very essential for a call centre agent. I realize that most agents are always under presure and most often have to endure tremendous verbal abuse and for that reason I commend David. I must also add that this kind of service is very prevalent from Telkom call centres and seems to be lacking at other Mobile Service Providers such as Vodacom , MTM and Cell C. Telkom is just the BEST!!!
