Telkom just not calling back

Where do i start vuma tel has already installed everything telkom failing now for how many months to come back too me about the vuma fiber package for a tech to come out and setup the router for me as i do stil have adsl with telkom aswell this is redicules fail to call me back nothing from telkom recieved a roiter that is faulty under my presence as it fail to connect at all
