Telkom just not answering

I've bee trying to call 10210 this whole week and they have not even answered ONCE! Waiting on the phone for more than 20 minutes at a time from a cellphone 2 or 3 times a day just trying to get a hold of them and still no answer. Writing this as I am waiting again. <br> <br> I don't care if you have some industrial action or whatever going on. There should be systems in place for times like these. Clearly *********** management is the cause for this bad service. This is absolutely pathetic and unacceptable.
