Telkom just never gets anything done.

Does Telkom ever get it right?, did a change of ownership. Spend 3 hours in-store only for it not to be done. What a waste of time. Signed everything told it’s done and this is the second time doing the same exercise with no success. Going to Telkom feels like going to home affairs or traffics department nothing ever gets done. So disappointing.
