Telkom just dosnt care

<p>Hi I recently took out a cell contract with telkom for R999/month they charging me more then that amount. I call the call center they say I must go to store, I go to store they say I need to call the call center I've done this a number of times they've even called the call center from the store, they have given me case numbers and assured me that someone will call me and it will be sorted out?? This has now been more then 12 weeks and still I'm being billed wrong and nobody has called me to sort this out? I keep going back to store they do something on their computer then tell me the same thing that someone will call that it will be sorted out? Still waiting. In the process I took out a second contract that I've now decided to cancel due to bad service and that to I'm still waiting for someone that was gonna call me to sort out?? Please help!!!</p>
