Telkom, just don't care, fault since 10/05/2015

my 73 year old mother has been without a landline since 10 May 2015. After having the fault escalated numerous times still no service..reference number 718946. And 723782. I am in the line with them now to try and follow up.<br> What amazes me is that they still have the cheek to charge for no service.
