Telkom. Just doing what Telkom does best. Being shady.

After sign up for a deal on offer, 100 Gigs of data per month free with the modem while fiber is being set up in my area Telkom pulls the offer and tries to get me to take a paid option. Ordinarily I don't have anything to do with Telkom because their service is terrible. After this I just have another reason to have nothing to do with them.
