Telkom just does not care.

After 3 years of thinking my account has been removed from Telkom they invoiced me and made problems at the credit bureau. I have a hand written letter from the Managers saying I dont have an account with Telkom and that in fact they need to pay me money. Telkom is bad news people, never go close to the company as they are very dishonest people and dont care about customers at all. When I dealt with the Manager at Table Bay Mall in Capt Town he wrote me a letter as if it happens all the time. He even had a smile on his face ding so. Not his problem I guess.
