Telkom just do not deserve any business at all.

I was called about Smartvoice (new phone). I knew very little about this. Requested over and over for someone to call me about it before delivering telephone. Not one call did I get. Therefore when the courier arrived I could not accept parcel as had no idea what was inside it. Still nothing from Telkom.
