Telkom just disconnects my International calls without any reason

Telkom is the company that has the worst call centre agents and the service of telkom is up to S@%# Since 2014 our package includes international calls , that we pay for by the way, and now after 5 years they just disconnect our intentional calls, I made a call last week still to namibia without a problem, and now its off, I phone and all i Get is Ah sorry we dont have the facility to help please visit branch!!! What the hell this is ridiculous, I want someone with the authority to please sort this out as I am not going to call the centre again!!
