Telkom just cancelled my contract, cant upgrade?

I have logg an complained in 13 Jan 2016 and now feed back from Telkom...<br> <br> Last year telkom went and canceled my one contract that I was using for the Medical company where I have worked that stage. I called the customer service non stop to sort it out and went into the N1 City branch but no one helped me. on that contract was my nr that they have ported in. Now telkom is claiming the out standing balance for that contract from me that is over R13000.<br> <br> Yesterday I went to go do my upgrade on my 2nd contract that I took out in 2013 then they told me sorry I cant as this contract was canceled last year but I am still using it and paying it every month. I took the contracts with when I went to the telkom store and showed them that I am due. What a supprise..... My contract shows on there system that it was canceled last year and it is a new contract that is 7 months old now.<br> <br> First of all I never canceled any contracts now the telkom said sorry we cant help you and that they dont have any records on there systems when I took it out but still In have the hard copy of the contract when I took<br> <br> So Telkom what is Happening???
