Telkom just as big of a ***** as our government

I had an account with telkom data bundle, i cancelled it with them which was fine they didn't debit me i paid on self-service portal so comes the last month and i want to pay then the self service portal is locked i cant pay, i call them no answer stay on hold for an hour no one picks up, then go to the message request options wait for someone to help me as i need banking details by this time the they tried debiting me and it bounced coz i wasn't with the bank they tried debiting me from anymore , i eventually after numerous attempts get someone on the messanger app who gave me the banking details and i paid as per my last invoice, then i get another invoice for debit not clearing i called again as i dont think this is fair seeing that they stopped the online portal without my service being done then no banking details on their invoice to pay them and no one answers when u call , then someone called me i explained to them what happened and i have all the printscreens of each attempt they said they will send me a mail and i can send this to them then they will investigate the issue , nothing was send now im getting a last demand notification... Im sorry but this is blatant *******,
