Telkom. Just as bad as Cell C

<p>About two weeks ago Noxolo Sawoni from Telkom Mobile contacted me to sell telkom products to me. I app****, over the phone, for a cell phone contract. Samsung J1SS. 100min talk time, 1Gig data & free sms's. She advised that a consultant will soon contact me regarding the application, even if my application was declined. I app**** at Telkom because my CellC contract ends end July and because of bad service, I was not going to renew my contract at CellC. I am still waiting for Telkom to contact me. This morning I phoned telkom and I was send from pillar to post. 1st via Norma, then via John and then I had to wait for the sales department. 15min later, nobody had assisted me. It seems that Telkom's service is just as bad as Cel C's. That is not all. My husband app**** at Telkom for a cellphone contract, a couple of months ago and as yet, nobody from Telkom has phoned him. This is bad service delivery!</p>
