Telkom just another *********** service provider

I have 4 different items with Telkom mobile. In December 2020 after housebreaking my devices were ******. I went to Telkom and reported this thinking when I left that everything was done. My insurance wanted blacklisting numbers and when called Telkom I was informed the phones has not been blacklisted and I had to again give all the details. After long process of holding on and waiting I was told they could not pick up the police station so I will have to go and report it at another station. What incompetence or maybe what pathetic system one wonder which comes first.
