Telkom just an arrogant company does not care about custormers

<p>I reported an issue regarding one of their partners(Platinum Warranty), and Telkom kept on saying they will fix the isssue till today, it is more than two weeks now.</p> <p>On the other side Paltinum Warranty are forcing me to pay for a laptop that is under warranty and they claim it was opened and this means telkom sold me an OLD laptop because I never opened it.</p>

Are you guys taking me seriously and on the other hand your partners want to sell me "unfixed" laptop to cover cost.
