Telkom July Deal never delivered

<p>As if I hadn't learned the first time in March with Telkom not delivering, I this time went into the store to signup for an unlimited LTE deal special. I filled in the forms and got the deal approved. The salesman then brought out the router and SIM card but then told me he doesn't have the wifi repeater that comes with the deal. I told him I dont' care i'll just take the router but he said no that would mean a diferrent deal at an additional R100 per month. He assured me that he would phone me in the next 2 or 3 days to collect the items. This was 4 weeks ago, never heard from him again! The lesson here is you walk in and get the stuff if there is stock or you walk out and go somewhere else because the attitude at Telkom online and offices are the same, absolutely no customer service. And they want to know why they aren't making money? HAH, it simple, people want to buy your products but you don't want to deliver so what do you expect!?</p>
