Telkom JUICELESS (useless)customer service n msjor network problems

Past few month's connectivity issues on calls wifi,Lte at home , plenty drop calls its becoming a nightmare after complaining still no improvement contact center consultants most of them ***********, they working from home n the attitude stinks the minute they hear you another race they cut you short transfer you from one department to the other until one gets fed up, in 2019 my land line at home was giving problems just bought a new handset at home R1200. In six months the handset packed up still under guarantee ,handed in to a Telkom shop it took 11 months to get fixed n I cancelled the land line bcs of no handset, n they Tellkom returned it little to realize that this handset was not repaired at all now its a big problem Telkom refuse to refund me n I left my account to accumulate to the value of the handset and they handed me over to Nu debt for collecting the arrears owing on my account and I refuse to pay now I'm been handed over to attorneys, Telkom can go to hell until they sort the handset issue n I don't want it anymore .Ty
