Telkom joke - uninterrupted internet service

We have Telkom fibre and our network keeps going off and we have to continually reboot our modem. I tried a few numbers and none of them operate or you get through to options with out the one relevant to the issue. I went into a Telkom shop at Cavendish to ask them and they reported it telling me the technicians would contact me in 20-30 minutes. The next day I went back to the Telkom shop and told them no-one called and reported again. I am still waiting.
