Telkom, join them if like constant problems!!!!!!!!!!!!

I would like to just say that Telkom is most irritating service out there to date. I had a contract with them and when COVID hit us, I was forced to not pay as I wasn't getting my full pay. With that, I explained it to the agent and we came to an agreement. In April 2021, I got an email from Nu Debt Trust, the collection agency for Telkom, stating that I am owing R5184,93. So I paid that amount to Nu Debt Trust in April 2021. So guess what now??? Telkom calls me to ask me when am I going to pay the outstanding balance of R489. Did I start swearing at those idiots? Of course. I am getting it escalated every time but with no luck. Telkom, is like Eskom. Anything ending in KOM, just seems like wetness behind their ears. To be honest, I feel more comfortable sitting on a pineapple with its crown on than to deal with Telkom again
