Telkom jeopardizes students studying

It’s been 3 days since I have no internet connection. I’ve been calling telkom every hour to find out progress. Every consultant keeps telling me they escalating the matter I’ve been waiting for a technician to come out for for over 2 days. I’m a university student who depends on having internet to be able to watch my lecture videos and download my notes as everything is now on line . With telkom being unreliable ,they are putting me under pressure because of exams which are approaching , I have to make additional plans to get WiFi which is inconveniencing me .
