Telkom January Big deal

On about 2018-01-11 I app**** online for the January Big deal. On 2018-01-17 I received an SMS welcome to Telkom internet. I received my Username, Email Login, Password, and Email Address. on the same date I received another SMS with my order number ********** 52A. Today 2018-02-02 I was informed that they cannot provide me with the service as the lines get ******. This is a pathetic excuse and is Telkom's problem, not the customers. They can offer me a Telkom line and the February special. I have already phoned Telkom 10213 3 times today and there head office ********** and just get referred back to 10213.
