Telkom Jabulani mall

Telkom Jabulani mall is so unreliable. Iv been trying to upgrade my contact for a a week now and I'm so unhappy with their service. Last week Sunday there was no stock and I was advised to go on Wednesday, after signing all the papers and having my finger prints taken all of a sudden the system is down, as if that was not enough I had to change the color of the device I initially wanted plus pay a bit extra for the contract as the watch I wanted was out of stock. Yesterday (Saturday) I was then informed that their systems are fine and all is in order for me to collect, I had planned on going today to collect but to my surprise I get a call that the device is out of stock... Like really?? I'm not even sure if I still want to continue with telkom after such treatment
